Booked a room with lovely views of the lovely big garden in sunshine. the location was marvellous, in the top garden and the interior design was nice. - It was also close enough to the Porto downtown, and railway station. - We appreciated this wonderful small and modern hotel.

I enjoyed newly decorated and well priced room here.
The location was good and unbeatable and the private parking was nearby. There was restaurant Cafe Ponto de Encontro, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. I ate at a very nice restaurant for dinner. The beds were comfortable, view of the lovely big garden in sunshine was superb.

This is a fantastic guesthouse. We loved our stay here in Oporto. The guesthouse is a beautiful design and we had a ground floor room at the rear which had two windows opening out onto the patio and garden .It was very comfortable and a very reasonable price too.The staff were super friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips and useful information for our stay in Oporto.
Nothing really negative, however,we did have a little difficulty in finding the guesthouse,a bigger sign would help, but we stopped an elderly man in the street and he came in our car and directed us straight to the door. There is no breakfast here but we can recommend the cafe/bar next door which serves a delicious breakfast and very reasonable price. Also the guesthouse is at the top of a hill and is a good 10 minute climb from the city centre,it wasn't a problem for us but could be difficult for the less able bodied.

We liked this hotel very much. It was clean, comfortable and very pleasant to spend our stay at Porto city. Location was excelent for us, because it is not far from the river and all historical objects. You can use metro if you hate walking, because metro stop is 5min walk from hotel. Rooms are very very nice, they are decorated with stones on the walls. Rooms are not large, but enought place to stay for some time. We had here only one night, but it was memorable. By the way - double beds are large! :) Bathrooms are modern, nicely decorated. You can leave your car in private parking lot near hotel, it is 3 euros per day. But it is not as private as you think - parking lot is opened at night and no security at this time. But it is more secure than leaving it at the street. Also hotel has no large sign on it's building, it is only small name plate on the left side of the doors.

Great big rooms for this price! The bathrooms were refurbished and looked really modern, everything we needed was there. The staff was really friendly and helpfull.
The guesthouse is located near Bolhao market which is in the citycenter and is really convenient for transportation, but to go to the riverside where there is the best atmosphere, it takes a while ( downhill walking 20 minutes, uphill 30 minutes).
